Blair had such a positive experience with Stone's that I ran out of questions before he ran out of things to say - I had to turn the camera back on 😆 We were able to customize their home to include a walk out basement and garage. The kids were out of the nest and the time had arrived for Charlene and her partner Butch to 'right-size' and become mortgage free...but Charlene wasn't loving our home plans. With Danielle's help, Charlene designed her very own minihome plan. She took into account every detail needed for comfortable retirement living, from wheelchair accessible doorways to the window placement around her furniture. Charlene was also able to enlarge the windows on the back of the home to showcase the gorgeous ocean view.

Homeowners Dave & Barb were kind enough to let us into their home to tell us about their experience with Stone's Prestige Homes. After working with Stones to design their perfect home from scratch, here's what they had to say about the process a year and a half after moving in.

We stopped into Munroe Heights yesterday to visit with homeowners Kara & Scott. This customized version of the Cullen was a delight to photograph - from the bright red roof and doors which greet you from the roadside, to the warm, rich brown tones in the kitchen cabinetry and sky high tile backsplash. When I asked what they liked best about the homebuilding experience, Curtis said his favourite part was that he didn't have to have an experience! Tired of renting in town and ready to have a place of their own, Lindsay and Nathan turned to us to help custom design their perfect plan. Danielle was able to work with them to create a home plan that suited their needs and upgrade the features that were most important to them, like Lindsay's beautiful corner bath in the ensuite!
