Susan M. Hayden
Modular Home Sales Consultant / Interior Designer
A former teacher, earning her BEd from UNB, Susan joined the family business in 1996. She also became a licensed real estate agent that year. Susan’s area of expertise lies with floor plans, interior design, and contracts. She spends time with customers developing custom floor plans, designing kitchens and bathrooms, and fine tuning all the small yet important details in a home. Susan also prepares the paperwork for the home purchase and submits all the ordering information to Kent Homes. She loves detail, and taking the time with customers to ensure that their home is perfect. Susan keeps busy in her spare time with her passion for quilting. A past President of the Woodstock Quilt Guild, she enjoys making gifts for all the special people in her life. She sits on the Board of The Carleton Manor Foundation and volunteers for the Woodstock Skating Club. If that’s not enough to keep her busy, Susan is an enthusiastic gardener and avid cook.
Daniel Hayden
Project Manager
Daniel is an ambitious entrepreneur, with a passion for business and customer satisfaction. As the son of the original founders of Hayden Homes, Daniel has been immersed in the family business from a young age. In 2023, he officially joined the company, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective.
Before joining Hayden Homes, Daniel successfully ran his own auto body repair shop for over a decade. This experience has honed his project management skills and taught him the importance of building strong relationships with both customers and contractors.
As he transitions into the family business, Daniel is excited to take on the role of project manager. With his strong leadership abilities and attention to detail, he is committed to ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard, while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.
Daniel's dedication to excellence and his natural entrepreneurial spirit make him a valuable asset to the Hayden Homes team. He is determined to continue the legacy of his family's business and drive it towards even greater success.
Gregory Hayden
Sales Associate
Greg joined Hayden Homes in 2004 after receiving his BBA from Acadia University. He also holds his real estate license in the Province of New Brunswick. Greg is involved in all aspects of the family business. He conducts on site visits both before and after home delivery, and is also skilled with designing and drawing home plans. Known by his customers as a people person, he is known for his ability to connect with customers. Greg works very hard to deliver Hayden Homes’ customers with their dream home, and takes great pride in doing so. In his spare time, Greg is usually outdoors. An avid sportsman and nature lover, he enjoys hunting and fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and hiking. He keeps in shape playing hockey and working out at the gym. His other love is travelling- he is always planning his next adventure! Gregory is on the Board of the Meduxnekeag River Association, a local conservation association.

Susan Hayden is a driven and dedicated professional with a passion for business and a strong family legacy. As the daughter-in-law of the original founders, Susan has recently joined the family business after a successful career in medical administration. With a keen eye for detail and a love for organization, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role. In addition to her professional pursuits, Susan is a proud mother of two and enjoys traveling in her free time. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, Susan is poised to make a significant impact in the family business and beyond.
Brian Hayden
Sales Manager / Project Manager
Brian, a driven leader, was the driving force behind the success of Hayden Homes. Despite his passing in 2023, his legacy and dedication continue to propel the company forward. Born and raised in Woodstock, Brian obtained his BSc from Mount Allison University before embarking on a career in the real estate and modular home industry. In 1985, he founded Hartford Enterprises, which later evolved into Hayden Homes, a thriving family business.
When not focused on growing and managing Hayden Homes, Brian was deeply involved in his community through various volunteer endeavors. His passion for giving back was evident in his involvement with organizations such as the Childrens Wish Foundation, Woodstock Skating Club, local 4-H, and the Carleton Manor Foundation.
Brian's impact on the modular home industry and his community will be remembered and cherished for years to come. His dedication, expertise, and community spirit will continue to inspire and guide the team at Hayden Homes.
