Modular Home Sales Consultant / Interior Designer
A former teacher, earning her BEd from UNB, Susan joined the family business in 1996. She also became a licensed real estate agent that year. Susan’s area of expertise lies with floor plans, interior design, and contracts. She spends time with customers developing custom floor plans, designing kitchens and bathrooms, and fine tuning all the small yet important details in a home. Susan also prepares the paperwork for the home purchase and submits all the ordering information to Kent Homes. She loves detail, and taking the time with customers to ensure that their home is perfect. Susan keeps busy in her spare time with her passion for quilting. A past President of the Woodstock Quilt Guild, she enjoys making gifts for all the special people in her life. She sits on the Board of The Carleton Manor Foundation and volunteers for the Woodstock Skating Club. If that’s not enough to keep her busy, Susan is an enthusiastic gardener and avid cook.
