Your Invitation for a Personal Visit

At Prestige Homes, we are very proud of our state-of-the art manufacturing plant, and our doors are always open to visitors. Whether you are thinking about becoming a Prestige home owner, or you want to observe the construction of your own Prestige home, we welcome the opportunity to show you the extraordinary quality and care that goes into every home we build.

Our plant is located on 14 Industrial Drive in Sussex, New Brunswick.

If you are interested in visiting us and getting a guided tour of our facilities, please ask your Prestige builder to arrange an appointment for you.

Our plant is a busy work place. For your safety and comfort during the factory tour, please review the following.

Plant tours are available for people 16 years and older.
Wear proper shoes or boots (no sandals or high heels). We provide slip-on boots with steel toes.
Full-length pants are required (no shorts or skirts).
Safety glasses, hard hats and ear protections will also be provided.

The Model Home Court

When you are planning your visit to our plant, also set some time aside to tour the model home court located next to our offices. The models include several Designer Series homes as well as an Encore home and show a wide range of standard and optional features - a great way to get ideas for your own home.

Each home begins with construction of the floor sections on a massive jig that ensures precision. Sub-floor electrical and plumbing work is completed, and floor sheathing is screwed and glued in place.
